“I have had Tracy as my Doula for both of my children’s births. I cannot imagine either of those experiences without her support! I had quite a few things come up last minute with both of my births, and I was so thankful to have her to talk things through with and help me make decisions about what was best for me.

She is so full of knowledge and I was so lucky to be able to access that. Her presence during labor and delivery is so calming and peaceful and comforting. My doctor even mentioned how wonderful she was to work with. I am eternally grateful for her love, support, and help in
bringing my babies into this world.” -Medford Mother

“I found Tracy as an excited but scared mom pregnant with my second child. I had undergone a traumatic first birth, having undergone an unplanned C-section. I harbored a heavy amount of grief surrounding my first birth, and the thought of my second birth filled me fear but hope for redemption and dreams of getting the natural birth I had always envisioned. When I first spoke with Tracy, the nerves instantly began to leave my body. She reassured me of all the experience she has with vbacs and her success rates left me feeling so excited.

We met multiple times during the pregnancy where we went over details and goals for this birth. She happily answered any questions and listened to my fears, concerns, thoughts feelings, hopes- anything that I brought up. She also showed me spinning babies movements that helped get baby into optimal position for birth. Once labor time rolled around, Tracy was constantly checking in.
When I finally went into labor, despite the fact that it was nearing 11 pm and we were in the middle of a snowstorm- she was there right when I needed her.

During labor, she was like a calming angel to me. I was so nervous and lost hope at times, but she was always there constantly reassuring me that I could do this. We switched positions while I labored all through the night. She listened to me and always made sure I was calling the shots. She would continually say “this is your birth” meaning we’re doing it my way. Which meant the world to me. I ended up birthing a beautiful 7lb 14oz baby girl almost completely natural and had the most peaceful, amazing birth of my dreams. Something I visualized for so long, but never knew if I could actually achieve. I could not have done it without the love and unwavering support of Tracy. She will always hold such a special place in mine and my family’s hearts. If you have the chance to get a doula I would 100% encourage you to and I recommend Tracy to anyone and everyone.” — Francesca

“When I became pregnant with my first baby, I had just moved to Oregon with my husband a month prior and literally had zero friends. Asking my mother-in-law or sisters-in-law to be at my birth (whom I had really just met) felt too intimate, so I was so blessed to find a doula. The icing on the cake was that my insurance covered it!

My son decided to become breech and stay that way, so we moved from my plan of a completely unmedicated natural birth to something I was really afraid of, a c-section. Tracy was so supportive and was in the surgery room with myself and my husband, she held my back while the medication was administered. She was the first to hold my son. I feel like I have a friend for life. — Crystal
